DAY 01:

Arrive Calgary – Banff

On arrival at Calgary airport (YYC) airport, transfer to Banff hotel & check-in. Rest of the evening at leisure.

DAY 02:

Banff

Today is yours to discover why Banff has earned its reputation as a world-class resort town. Take a leisurely stroll through the town, browse through local shops and savour fine dining fare from all over the world. Some of the many local points of interest include: Bow Falls, Banff Springs Hotel, Surprise Corner, Hoodoos & Bow Valley Viewpoint, Lake Minnewanka and the Cave & Basin National Historic Site. Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain to experience a bird's eye view of six mountain ranges. At the Banff Gondola, you'll see more mountains in a moment than most see in a lifetime.

DAY 03:

Banff – Lake Louise - Banff

This morning depart Banff on your sightseeing transfer to Lake Louise. The tour travels along the Bow Valley Parkway to Johnston Canyon. Other places of interest along the route are the Moraine Lake in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, the Great Divide into Yoho National Park, scenic Kicking Horse Pass, Takakkaw Falls and the magnificent Yoho Valley. Enjoy a picnic lunch. Later return back to Banff.

DAY 04:

Banff – Jasper

Relax and enjoy the scenery as the tour makes its way to the Columbia Icefield, continuing along the famous Icefields Parkway. You will be traversing one of the most dramatic and spectacular landscapes in the world. The huge Columbia Glacier covers nearly 325-km2 and dominates the surrounding landscape. An Ice Explorer ride will take you onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier. Continue your journey to Jasper & check into the hotel.

DAY 05:

Jasper

Embark on a tour of one of the most spectacular areas of Jasper National Park. The first stop is at Maligne Canyon where 10,000 years of erosion have created a 49-meter deep gorge. Set off on a short walk to marvel at the Maligne River as it thunders through the canyon in a series of waterfalls. From the canyon continue to the "mysteriously" disappearing Medicine Lake and then to Maligne Lake for a 90-minute interpretative boat cruise bound for the world-renowned Spirit Island; bring your camera, as this truly is a picture postcard setting. After the boat cruise, we relax and soak up the sights or enjoy a tasty treat at the Lake Chalet.

DAY 06:

Jasper – Vancouver

Today travel by the famous VIA Rail 1 or the luxurious Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver.

Overnight on board the train.

DAY 07:

Vancouver

On arrival transfer to the hotel & check-in. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own.

DAY 08:

Vancouver – Victoria - Vancouver

This full-day trip to Victoria begins with a cruise through the scenic Gulf Islands and includes a visit to the acclaimed Butchart Gardens. Afterwards continue to Victoria for a city sightseeing tour that encompasses Victoria's stately homes and gardens as well as historic landmarks. You will see the University of Victoria and Beacon Hill Park and pass the Royal British Columbia Museum, Thunderbird Park, the Parliament Buildings and the exclusive homes of the Uplands and Oak Bay. You will return to Vancouver in the early evening.

DAY 09:

Vancouver – Whistler - Vancouver

Depart Vancouver's modern skyline and head to the hills—more specifically, up the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway toward Whistler Village. The Sea-to-Sky is true to its name, winding along the rocky coastline, with wide open skies as far as the eye can see. Beautiful waterfalls are abundant in British Columbia; you will make a stop at Shannon Falls, these falls plunge 1000 feet down into Howe Sound, formed over thousands of years by glaciers. The view of the Tantalus Glacier will surely impress as your travel up this spectacular highway. Watch out for wild life! Upon arrival at Whistler, enjoy free time in the alpine village and resort that played an integral part in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Take time to sightsee, dine, shop and explore the entire village. Some of the more unique and adventurous extras you can add on a float plane ride or a gondola trip up the mountain and the spectacular crossing on the Peak2Peak Gondola between the two peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. After your fabulous day in the fresh air you can relax and enjoy the sights as we head back to the Vancouver.

DAY 10:

Vancouver Tour, Departure

Today enjoy a Vancouver Hop-On- Hop off Tour including Capilano Bridge & Grouse Mountain.

Breathtakingly suspended 230 feet above and 450 feet across Capilano River, Capilano Suspension Bridge takes you to towering evergreens, serene trails and the award winning attraction, Treetops Adventure. Seven suspension bridges, some reaching as high as 100 feet, take you high above the forest floor for a thrilling encounter within the heart of the forest. The CLIFFWALK is a heart-stopping 700 foot ( 215m) long walkway taking guests along the granite cliffside of Capilano Canyon on a series of bridge, platforms and stairways cantilevered up to 30 storeys above Capilano River.
